The Orpower 4 Inc geothermal facility design presented unique challenges due to the harsh environmental conditions and specialized operational requirements of a power generation plant. Our design team created solutions that balanced functionality, durability, and employee comfort.

We implemented specialized heat-resistant materials throughout the facility, including in wall coverings, flooring, and furniture. The control room was designed with ergonomic workstations and optimal sightlines to monitoring equipment. Strategic placement of cooling zones and hydration stations help staff manage the high-temperature environment.

The administrative areas feature energy-efficient cooling systems powered by the plant's own geothermal energy. Staff amenities include a well-equipped dining area, recreation room, and quiet spaces for rest during breaks. The visitor education center showcases the geothermal energy process while maintaining strict safety protocols.
